From May 25, 2018, European legislation “General Data Protection Regulation” applies. This is a new law in the field of collecting, processing and using personal data. This law is meant to better protect the privacy of you and us and which we all have to take into account.
We, Andante, collect data only for the purposes indicated below:
a) Your name, address and e-mail in a membership file to maintain contact via e-mail and send invoices for the annual membership fee.
b) Details of participants in meetings / study days to inform them about the program and to be able to book accommodation for the meeting. This data is deleted immediately after a meeting.
c) Names and e-mail addresses to distribute our news items on a larger scale.
All these data are protected as described in the guidelines of the GDPR and are stored on a hard disk with encryption.
Your data will not be sold to other parties.
